Refund policy

Pixi & Cass by Pix and Castle takes pride in creating custom made products uniquely and proudly tailored specifically for our customers. Our items are nade specifically just for you by style, color and size. Each garment, bag, etc is made to order so we do not accept offer refunds, exchanges or offer returns. 

Our goal is to always do our best to ensure tgat our customers have a positive experience so if there is an issue with your order (ie. an error on our part or damge to product)  please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pixandcastle.com.
