Shipping policy

1. Excluding shipping, orders are processed within 2-6 weeks for embroidery (but much sooner often times)

2. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. 

3. An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once production has started. Once package has been dropped off at the shipping facility, you will be able to monitor your package by using the tracking number provided.

4.  We are not liable for stolen or lost packages once carrier has marked as delivered. If tgere is an issue with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly.

5. We are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur due to and not exclusive to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
